Yes! Please stop. Think of the message you're sending these impressionable young girls...you're teaching them at an early age that "boys" being mean to you means they like you. Then parents wonder why their daughters grow up and end up in abusive relationships whether it be mentally, emotionally or physically abusive or all of the above. Well because genius you set that foundation up at an early age. Duh.
I can give myself those things. I make my own money, and do my own thing, and he respects that. He knows without a doubt, I would be ok without him. What he gives me that no one else can is himself, raw and unfiltered. That's all I ever want or expect from those in my life. I am a woman, not a little girl playing house.
