Low-Cal Fettuccine Alfredo - Insanely good! My husband said this was his favorite Alfredo sauce! I added the pasta water to the sauce right before serving and spooned it over the pasta. I used 1% milk instead of 2% and didn't use any lemon. The only changes I'll be making next time are no salt and the addition of freshly cracked black pepper.
Salsa Verde Enchiladas - Have made these several times and they are the best enchiladas ever, my opinion and what I've heard from family/friends - saw another pin with a similar recipe, but slight difference - other recipe they did not put the tortillas into the salsa verde mixture before rolling. I think this makes them that much more flavorful.
