Mods: a group/style tribe in the 1960's in Britain. Their fashion statement was elegance, long hair, granny glasses, and Edwardian finery. They were " up for love, self expression, poetry and getting stoned." A concept of mod fashion was that males as well as females were entitled to wear handsome and dashing clothing. Jack White - Very rare 1957 Gretsch White Penguin. One of the rarest guitars in the world, it can be seen in the video for the song “Icky Thump.” For the Raconteurs, he designed a Gretsch clone, which he has dubbed the “Triple Jet”. It is a double-cutaway Duo Jet with a pickup booster, and features a solid copper top. It also has a Gretsch logo that was only used on a few guitars in 1912. It is not a factory Grestch, as it was built by luthier Randy Parsons of Seattle.

I wish I could have met Amy. Her musical skills and voice and whole person was just something rare and wonderful. And she taught us how harsh life is when you live surrounded by media and press. Maybe its too late to meet her but I can satisfy myself and listen to her truly amazing music.
