Albany slip first to foot of piece (I brush them on and use 2-3 coats depending on thickness of glaze out of bottle. I tend to thin mine a little so they are easier to brush and do 3 coats) wait to dry between coats. Then 2-3 brushed coats of Lustrous Jade. I do not go to the foot of the piece because at cone 6 the glaze moves a lot. The pic of the mugs is at cone 5 and as you can see the glaze does not move as much. The higher the temp the more space I'd give for the glaze to move
