The Russian army guy is in charge, obviously; he forces the Winter Soldier to rescue him (we see the gun aimed at WS's head). But does anyone else find it mildly amusing that there's a part of Bucky inside the Winter Soldier that flings the Russian around and makes him run faster to avoid being left behind? Bucky's silent revenge.
