Pasta with Sausage, Tomatoes, and Cream.   This looks and sounds AWESOME!  It had a 5-star rating (which I suspect may have been well deserved).  We'll have to see for ourselves!

Eggplant Roll-Ups - this can be made without flour and just dipping the eggplant in egg and pesto.  You could use rice or almond flour as well.  Spelt flour has a fragile gluten that breaks down easily.  My son cannot have wheat, but tolerates spelt.  I buy non-GMO spelt products online from Berlin Natural.
