Michelin-decorated chef Alain Ducasse celebrated the grand opening of his latest restaurant, #Rivea, atop the #Delano Hotel in #Vegas. The restaurant, which was formerly called Mix, was redecorated and has a new Italian and French menu. Influenced by the food markets of Provence and Italy, Ducasse and Executive Chef Bruno Riou’s menu focuses on fresh Mediterranean flavors.
