Made this! ~ added anchovies right into the cauliflower pan, they melded right in and created a depth of flavor. It dried out fast as I was eating it, that's the down side. But I would make it again xc {spaghetti with cauliflower, burrata and thyme}

These Spinach Dip–Stuffed Meatballs Are Two Party Foods In One | I mixed the sauce into the pasta & cooked the meatballs in the oven instead of boiling them in the sauce (was scared the cheese would cook out!). Delicious :)
