the tree on this card gives me inspiration for a little diy of my own.... green construction paper and you could make the with pattern out of white fabric paints or glue that dries white.. and maybe even glitter!
I love the simplicity of this card! A white panel on top of a white card base looks so clean with the "happy" rainbow on top of it. Die cut the word in different colors and then stack them, showing only a smidge of each color. Pop up a single balloon and you're done with your handmade birthday card.
For the TLC555 - use Watercolor Powders. I used various colors of Brushos here. I first stamped the Hero Arts image with Versamark on the smoother side of watercolor paper and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I then sprinkled on two colors at a time, misted with water until I got the texture I wanted and heat set it. I then repeated that adding two more colors and heat set. I heat set in between so I didn't get mud.
