WOW!...Pork chops on bottom, baked potatoes in middle and corn on the cob on top. That's what I call crock pot cooking! If it had a slow cooker liner in it, you wouldn't have any dishes to wash! Perfect for these 100 degree days!
My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!! Try adding broccoli after the chicken for an all-in-1 meal.
Meatloaf/baked potatoes in crock pot. Cooked on low for 8 hours. So easy and good. Used my regular meatloaf recipe. It did get just a touch dry- less cooking time next time. Potatoes were perfect. Great idea - must try
