Resting heart rate chart - I have always exercised & had mine as low as 47 bpm. Typically it is close to my diastolic measure...I have low end blood pressure too. Know your numbers and what is right for you. If your heart rate is very high, it will make you feel bad...it is very dangerous...check blood pressure & heart rate now & then. If any of your numbers are very high, you really need to investigate it! Your health & life can be improved!
