Not long now :)  Flame vine (Pyrostegia venusta) buds starting to form, brilliant orange flowers are on their way :)   (see earlier pics from last year)

Next door neighbour's oleander tree in bloom - I think the variety is 'Mrs F. Roeding'  - pretty apricot/pink double flowers -  all parts extremely poisonous

Gorgeous annual Lisianthus I bought recently.  Expensive to buy like this but I've heard they're temperamental little sods to germinate.  Might just try one day, to see if I can grow them, would be much cheaper that way.  Long lasting cut flower too :)

White English? bluebells.  More likely Spanish bluebells, a bit stiff and upright to be English ones

Broad Bean 'Hughey Crimson Flowered' in the vege garden for a bit of colour and bee's love them - still don't eat them though - yuk!

My giant flowered hydrangea which grows over 2m high and has dinner plate sized flowers when fully open.  Just starting to colour up and turn a beautiful sky blue :)    (Jan'16)
