Hike In Slippery Rock Gorge is a photograph by Shelley Smith. McConnell's Mill State Park, in Lawrence County, encompasses 2,546 acres of the spectacular Slippery Rock Creek Gorge. Created by draining of glacial lakes, the gorge has very steep sides, the gorge is filled with huge boulders and is a national natural landmark. This hike was on the North Country Trail, and just down the hill, off the path, was this beautiful cascading landscape. Source fineartamerica.com
