How to make a lawn ghost - this is a really inexpensive and adorable idea for Halloween lawn decorations. I might have to add faces to mine, but I'm thinking of something like this for my lawn this year.
Glow stick in a balloon, then blow up, then draw black eyes and cover in cheese cloth. You could blow up the balloons with helium tie them to a golf tee and stick it in the ground. That would be a real floating ghost!
