This recipe makes just enough batter for two giant pancakes. I like to eat one of them right away and save the other for breakfast the next day. I use milk instead of cream and for the protein powder, I prefer Tera's Whey in bourbon vanilla flavor. Highly recommend a dash of cinnamon in the batter and peanut butter on top once it's done. Yum.
