Vinyl~it is'nt the vinyl I miss, of course, it's that 12'' x12'' canvas. you never knew what mindblowing image would land next::illustration was anticipated almost as much as some of the tunes within. I miss that canvas.

The original movie of Across the universe did not really have many Beatles references, aside from the song characters, and using the songs. In this design, I would like to incorporate the actual album art somehow, into the set design. I'm not really sure how I'm going to do that, but I would love to re create Sgt.Pepper on stage.

38. Rubber Soul was my very first Beatles album. I picked it up at a thrift shop in Oklahoma City sometime in the mid-70s for maybe 50 cents. It was, of course, the US edition, and from the first chiming notes of the intro to "I've Just Seen A Face," I was hopelessly hooked, and have been ever since. Beatles 4-Ever!
