Gaiwan, which means "covered cup" in Chinese, is one of the most traditional Chinese teawares. Gaiwan must have a bowl cover, a bowl and a bowl base. Therefore, Gaiwan has another name that is "San Cai Wan" . "San" means three, "Cai" means talent and "Wan" means bowl.
