For my historical fiction book I read 'The Book Thief'. I really enjoyed this book. I think there were many unique aspects all throughout this book. One of these aspects is the fact that the narrator is a mystery all throughout the book (I solved this mystery very quickly).

Good Reads: Spring Reading List

The Book Thief, Markus Zusak, is a historical fiction novel set in Nazi Germany. Told from the perspective of a personified version of Death, The Book Thief is a outstanding and unique story that shows what it's like to be alone and afraid.

Brilliant storytelling, and storybook wisdom. You've just GOT to pick it up. Jennifer Wilson amazes me, always.

Running Away to Home: Our Family's Journey to Croatia in Search of Who We Are, Where We Came From, and What Really Matters [Hardcover] Jennifer Wilson (Author)

The Devil May Care - by David Housewright. Riley Brodin is the granddaughter of Walter Muehlenhaus--a man as rich, powerful, and connected as anyone since the days of J. P. Morgan. Despite her family's connections, it's McKenzie she reaches out to when her relatively new boyfriend goes missing. Despite his reservations about getting involved with the Muehlenhaus family--again--McKenzie agrees to look for one Juan Carlos Navarre. What he finds, though, is a man who appears to be a ghost.

In this Mac McKenzie book, that fucking McKenzie is prevailed upon by the granddaughter of his rich nemesis, Walter Muehlenhaus, to find her missi.

Manitou Canyon / William Kent Krueger. MN sheriff-turned-P.I. Cork O'Connor is asked to investigate the November disappearance of a wealthy engineer in the Boundary Waters by the man's grandchildren. When Cork, too, goes missing, it's up to his family and Ojibwe friends to find him before his daughter's wedding. This repetitive 15th in the series is heavy on melodrama and mysticism, not so much on mystery. Sadly, I think I'm done with these.

Manitou Canyon : a novel / William Kent Krueger.

My World...in words and pages: Audio Book Review: Stolen Magic I've really found I've enjoyed this series thus far. I like seeing Cass as she learns and grows as a character with her friends.
