Baked or Grilled Walleye Ingredients: 6 fillets of walleye Non-stick cooking spray Garlic salt Seasoning salt Pepper 350 degree oven; spray non-stick cooking spray onto a glass pan. Place the fish into the pan. Add garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper to taste. Cut a lemon in half, squeezing 1/2 over fish, slicing 1/2 for garnish. Place in the oven apx. 20 minutes.
