Ilarion Ciobanu (28 October 1931 in Ciucur, Tighina, Romania (now Moldova) – 7 September 2008 in Bucharest, Romania) - Romanian actor. He has been described as "a legend" in the press. He was an actor, known for ”The Column” (1968), ”Michael the Brave” (1970), „Clean hands” (1972) and ”All sails, up!” series (1976). Graduate of the Institute of Theater and Cinematographic Art (IATC), Bucharest. Has only been in movies, never in plays.
