Prince Baudouin and Princess Henriette of Belgium were the first two children of Prince Philippe, Count of Flanders, and his wife, Princess Marie of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.  Prince Philippe became his brother, King Leopold's heir, and Prince Baudouin would have become king if he had not been killed in a duel at the age of 21 in 1891.  Princess Henriette became the Duchess of Vendome and lived a long and full life.
