I'd skip the crab, but like the idea of savory dip inside of cracker crust. -- Crab Dip recipe: Standard crab dip gets perked up with fresh dill, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Try it on crackers or in phyllo cups.

1 pkg Won Ton wrappers (in the produce section)    1 lb ground turkey    Taco Seasoning packet    1 can black beans, drained, rinsed and roughly chopped    3/4 cup shredded cheese    Toppings of your choice:    Finely shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced green onions, sour cream and sliced olives. Baked Crab Rangoon: 12 Won Ton wrappers in mini muffin tins filled with mixture of 1 can (6 oz.) white crabmeat, drained and chopped  4 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, finely slice chives, fresh ground pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives. Bake 15-20 min. at 350 degrees until lightly golden and warm. YUM!
