I thought I'd re-visit the Quinoa & Chia breakfast from the week. Chia seeds, milk and smashed berries with quinoa, greek yogurt, topped with strawberries, pecans and coconut. I really enjoy this healthy breakfast.
Super easy to make - soak around cup of chia seeds & steal cut oats over night in water, blend with bananas and shredded coconut in blender. Layered with sliced banana and raw choc granola layer with what you like!
