Found in Nature, Photos of Artfully Arranged Beach Trash Collected Around New York Harbor
Many people think of beach trash as an unfortunate eyesore. But Barry Rosenthal, who spends much of his time on beaches in gloves and knee-high boots, combing through glass, plastic, and other junk, finds artistic inspiration in what others leave behind.
This example of photomontage works well because it is visually interesting and has a lot of contrast. The photo of the woman is in black and white while the photo of the plant is shown in color this contrast makes the image stand out more.
