Reflex bag is a treadmill killer. 500 calories gone and that's not counting afterburn. 160hr average for 30 minutes. #Calorie burn is not the only perk coming out of these short intense workouts. My brain got some extra BDNF and my body got some extra HGH. Idle time is a major trigger in early recovery. Most of us spent our time before recovery only focusing on one thing. Now that addiction no longer requires our time it's important that we replace the void left behind. For me it was for photography and video editing at first . Then came surfing and traveling.
