Healthy Chia Seed Jam | 4 Ingredients!

10min · 8 servings Ingredients: • 3-4 cups berries • 3 tbsp chia seeds • juice of half a lemon • 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice. (I use @lakanto sugar free monkfruit maple. Linked in bio) Directions: • 1. Add all your ingredients to a small-medium pot, cook over the stove on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and let it cool before storing in the fridge or eating it in one go ;)
