I love using dynamic exercises to mix up my arm work. #armjumping is perfect for that! (Sped up, a lot ⚡️) Tips: Begin with a swan to stretch the chest and then using one blue spring, stabilize the shoulder blades with elbows wide and “jump” off the footbar. I’ve shown here both arms, then single arm, then alternating arms. Remember: it’s just as much about the shoulder stabilizers as it is about the pecs and biceps.
