Wine Pearls - Once I saw the color of these freshwater pearls... I knew both that I had to have them, and that I might actually have to do something with them. I wanted to try for something very simple... and I suppose it is, technically. Sort of. These little tiny links are actually amazingly strong. But I still worried to the point where I put a more "traditional" chain in the back. Hey, I'm rough on my jewelry and tend to assume other people are, too.
Delicate Demo 2 - The second of two "impossibly delicate demos". I'd started these a while back as examples of extremely delicate work (you have to realize how freaking small 3mm jump rings really are), mostly for the purposes of fancy and/or wedding jewelry and the like. I don't care how this sounds--this is proof that I do good work, and work very few other people are willing to do. That said... this was really, really... difficult.
A Kiss for Luck - It's said that Lady Luck is remarkably fickle. One moment she's smiling at you with her hand resting on your shoulder, and the next she's pushing you away in disgust. It's not known exactly how one goes about getting Lady Luck to look one's way, but maybe something devastatingly sparkly is the way to her fickle heart.
With Her Blessings, necklace and earring set - I had a very clear image in my head as I put this necklace together; it seems something of a piece of ritual jewelry that a priestess would wear, keeping her constantly reminded of the circle of life, as it were. Life and death, joy and sorrow, ugliness and beauty; sides opposite but necessary, and always truly connected.
ENTWINED HEART The "Entwined Heart" necklace features a large, hand-carved heart set inside twining vines. Delicate but not too sweet, this necklace is perfect layered with our "Lucky Horn" necklace or our "Lithe" necklace. Shown in hand-textured 18k rose gold and Canadian Jade. 3,400 USD
