Queen Elizabeth II State Visit Diecast Model.  Queen Elizabeth II has traveled to over 24 countries during her reign. This diecast model car depicts the Queen with President Gronchi during her visit to Italy in 1961. When the Queen announced her visit, Gronchi commissioned car design firm Pininfarina to deliver four Lancia Flaminia stretch limousines to appropriately service the visit (and also to renew the dated presidential fleet).
