    • 100 gr shiitake mushrooms
    • 2 figs
    • arugula
    • lettuce
    • preferred bread slices. Ciabatta works really well.
    • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 garlic clove
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
      • Put the shiitake mushrooms in water to rehydrate them for half and hour.
      • Slice the mushrooms and marinate them with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, 1 chopped garlic clove and olive oil
      • Sauté the mushrooms in a medium heat pan
      • Cut the figs and sauté until lightly caramelized
      • Lightly toast the bread in a pan with some olive oil
      • Spread dijon mustard onto the bread
      • Shred lettuce and place on top of the bread
      • Place the mushrooms and figs
      • Add some arugula on top
