egg carton flowers. Cut out individual egg sections and cut into the edges making the petal. Paint using tempera. Some children can use smaller sections to add to the middle. Spread them apart to create bigger flowers. Glue in the centres. This can be done by the whole class at once. These would look great arranged on a painted canvas in a sort of trailing effect.
