Mini vegetable Omelette's made in Pampered Chef's Brownie Pan. Awesome product. Crumble cooked sausage and place in bottom of wells. Beat 12 eggs and add to wells. Top with your choice of veggies; red/green/yellow peppers, onions, asparagus and mushrooms. Cook 17-20 minutes at 375. When done remove immediately from pan and add cheese to top. Freeze and microwave for 30 secs, put between an English Muffin or crumble in a tortilla. Quick, easy breakfast for home or to go!
