Crockpot lasagna. I was so nervous about this one but OMG it turned out absolutely delish!! 4 hours on low. Just layer whatever you want in your lasagna. I used leftover grilled Italian sausage and did two layers of spaghetti sauce and one layer of alfredo sauce in the middle. Gave it a different flavor. Imagine layers of pepperoni, spinach or fresh zucchini?? YUM!!!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls are an excellent way to use fall foods. Simply sauté any assortment of veggies you get at the market, add seasonings and cheeses to your liking and stuff cabbage leaves (roll it like a burrito). Then, place your rolls in an oven-safe dish, cover with a sauce of your choosing and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
