The second house on the West University New Home Tour that I really loved is a more typical “West U” home than the Octagon House. The Octagon House had the advantage of being on a curving corner lot – which allowed for a wide, spread out floor plan. By contrast, the Provence House is on a typical 50’ wide town lot.
