Ashcombe Windmill 6 sweeps up October 2015. Project finished ~ The mill was built in the early 1800s and blown down in 1916. It is now restored.   The English expression "One sandwich short of a picnic" has an equivalent in Dutch  "Hij heft een klap van de molen gehad" , which translates as "he got a blow from a windmill"
