House Interior - Half Doors

Multi-Story House Functionality - posted in Town Square: I was thinking of how i was going to build my first multi-story house and was wondering just how functional the top levels of the house will be other then for decoration/beds. I don't see a horse and cart being able to reach any BSB on the upper floors making the use limited without a lot of work. I guess you can smith up on the top levels but think about a few things how are you going to get water, logs and other stuff up there?...
