layered top, Image only, Couldn't you refashion a shirt to look like this one? notice the back is free of the chiffon layer. It is probably split in the back with the the chiffon reaching from the back of the neck to the bottom of the blouse
I am all about the increasingly dramatic shift that's happening in the shirt and blouse department. Cascading ruffles are getting longer, deconstructed shirts are taking on more theatrical shapes and sleeves are getting pumped with way more volume.
