Lisa Oz's Lentils with Chia Seeds: Oh do give this one a try! So tasty! My meat loving man was VERY suspicious of this vegetarian dish, but even he was raving! GREAT spice mix, and if you REALLY want to add meat, shaved chicken would be wonderful in here. In fact, that's what we are doing with the leftovers to jazz it up!
