GREAT! Skipped Miso and Hummus. Sautéed onion first, add broth, cauliflower and potato and garlic. Use immersion blender to pure'. Add salt and pepper. Maybe next time add a dash of nutmeg. Or, sauce onion in a slice of bacon.
