Penne alla vodka (Penna with Vodka Sauce)

A quick post on this well-known but relatively new variant on penne .

I made a similiar recipe last night and it was delish!  I used prosciutto instead of bacon and I did not use any onion.  I also added shrimp at the end.   I also used diced tomatoes not crushed........all in all, very good.
