ASIAN CABBAGE MANGO SLAW. Toss together: 2 c shredded cabbage, 1/2 c shredded carrots, 1 sliced mango, 3 chopped scallions. Whisk together 3 tbs rice vinegar, 1/2 fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil. Pour dressing over mix and toss to coat. Allow to rest 15-20 min. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
