Over the past year I've lost 18 lbs and have gotten muscles in places I never knew I had muscles in. I actually have abs now. I never thought I would have abs. Especially since I have 2 kids. I just figured that my body couldn't change because the muscles were stretched out from 2 pregnancies. Boy was I wrong. I had to work hard to get where I am and I got here because I went out and made it happen. Stop making excuses. If you want something you need to stop wishing for it and make it happen
