Poppy Seed Chicken! This is a great recipe for left over chicken... Chop up cooked chicken (3-5 breasts), mix with 8oz sour cream and 1.5-2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Put in casserole dish. Crush 1-2 sleeves of Ritz crackers & mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of chicken mix. Top with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 mins!
