Dessert is definitely one of my favourite meals! Especially when it is a caramel coconut peanut buttery protein sludge! Slowly trying to get over my fear of eating after 6pm. I just have to keep reminding myself that food after 6pm doesn't turn into a scary fat-building monster and that my body will still metabolise calories while I watch TV, read and sleep. So now I am starting to incorporate dessert back into my diet to try and get more food into me. Gotta get those muscle gains!
