TRIED-Pesto Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Roasted Asparagus/Delicious. I used whole wheat shells, store bought pesto and shredded mozarella. I also cut the asparagus in pieces before I roasted it. The fried egg on the top was awesome.Will make again.
Really yummy, super basic, easy salsa. My family's pretty heat-shy so I used only about of a large jalapeno (seeds removed). I added about tsp more salt than called for. Used the full suggested 1 tsp of sugar (and then a pinch more).
