Another of my 'lucky dip' tomato plant gifts has turned out to be plum tomatoes! They're getting bigger by the week! #growyourown

My tomatoes have survived moving house, and seem to be doing well. They were four little seedlings my friend gave me, looks like this one is a tiger tomato plant - can't wait for them to ripen... #growyourown

Ground Ivy is a low growing hairy plant with evergreen heart shaped leaves and small violet flowers.   It is found in hedgerows, shaded roadsides, coppices and woodland and will rapidly colonise bare earth under dappled shade by means of long creeping stems.    The plant provides much needed colour in early spring and has an attractive mint scent.

You can bring tomatoes in to ripen indoors if you can't wait any longer... or sit and stare at them for hours taking photos of them. That kind of works too.
