How do you get started. By taking action. You have to stop thinking about it and do it. Pick a plan, set a date 3-4 weeks out to stick to it. If you're not happy with the results after that time try something else. I had to try several food plans before I found what worked for me. Plan out your food the night before. Know what you will eat, when and where. Weight is lost in the kitchen not in the gym. So if it's too overwhelming don't even worry about exercise for the first month. I can't…
