Ginger Beer in 48 hours, now you can make Dark N Stormy's at home! PS A Jamaican favorite Ingredients 1 oz fresh ginger juice 2 oz fresh lemon juice 3 oz simple syrup 10 oz warm water 25 granules of cuvee yeast 1 16oz glass bottle with a tight cap/lid
White Walker: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour white chocolate liqueur halfway up the glass. Fill the rest of the glass up with vanilla cream soda. Slowly and gently pour a spoonful of blue curaçao over the top (drink should look layered: light blue on top with white below). I recommend enjoying this cocktail with a straw.
Bulleit Perfect Manhattan: It’s the combo of sweet and dry vermouths that makes this classic perfect. Bulleit’s unorthodox twist on the old-school Manhattan? The use of both dry and sweet vermouth, in addition to a dash of potent blood orange bitters in place of the usual Angostura. The result is a doubly aromatic, complex take on the classic.
Jalapeño and Cilantro Margarita: For those of you who have seen my recipes on here, it is of no surprise that I love this margarita! I wish I could say I came up with it myself but I didn’t. This is a special garden cocktail from the Medlock Ames Tasting Room and Alexander Valley Bar. I visited the area (again) while driving a Chevy Volt around California touring sustainable farms and food producers.
