(Or the photos in which I resemble a giant Valentine... Oh well!) I whipped up a 1950s wrap style top a couple weeks ago, and these are my results. The pattern is a simple rectangle, with just two seams. It relies on draping and arranging the folds around the neckline for structure and shape. I used a wool-blend jersey for this version. It's a fun, quick sew, although a bit fiddly to wear (so I won't be reaching for it every day). Read more about it on my blog!
