By Sue. Mask. Apply Distress inks dusty concord and mermaid lagoon to background using ink dusters. Then mist dusters with water and drag across to create movement in the water. Dip clean ink duster into white acrylic mixed with pearlescent tinting medium; flick against card to create white wave edges.
